We are still in the process of finishing the inside of the building, but it won't be too long until we open the doors in early September.<br /><br />Victor (Wine Bar Manager), Scott (Partner), Andrea (Retail Sales Assistant), and I (Curtis - Retail Manager) have been working hard tasting over 300 wines to determine what we be bringing into the shop and wine bar. We have tasted some outstanding gems.
